I want to rap, too!” But the MC battles Left her feeling quite sore. The insults! The comebacks! (And sometimes they swore.) So she spread her wings, And took to the sky. Back to her songbirds, With a laugh and a sigh.

We make our Golden Cornflakes with sun-kissed organic corn, which we lightly toast to bring out the flavour. They're gluten-free, with no artificial ingredients, they're low in fat, low in sugar, and a source of fibre too.
